Medieval Mansion

One of few remaining neo-Gothic Mansions in the suburban area of Kifisia, Built in 1915 by a Belgian Architect, next to the bed of the stream of Pyrna. Dominant characteristics of the architecture of the area are the influence of eclecticism, the distinction of buildings into base, body and crown, the emblematic entrances with pediments and peristyles, the organization of the vertical axis of the staircase in the form of a pointed tower and the emphasis on the central axis entrance. In many there is asymmetry and freedom in the composition.
